Step Two: Deposit to Begin Family Research

If you have not filled out your Family Research form, please do so before completing your purchase.

Research Fees

The service costs $30 + tax per half hour, paid at the time of your request. After the initial 30 minutes of paid research is completed, the researcher will follow up with you to share what has been found and discuss additional research time. We cannot guarantee that the arrival record will be located in the initial half hour. 

While every effort is made by the researcher, the information may not be found. In cases where results are deemed unsatisfactory, refunds are not provided.
